Yesterday, FTVLive pointed you to a list from Wallethub, where they came up with the safest and most dangerous cities in America.
Well, as we pointed out, Fort Lauderdale, Florida came in at the bottom of the list and a few people emailed us, mad that we posted the story from Wallethub.
FTVLive has lived all up and down the East coast of Florida and our only brush with crime was having our motorcycle stolen while we lived and worked on Miami.
We have nothing against Fort Lauderdale, we just posted the story of the findings.
Here is some of the emails we received. Warning, the second email does not say much about the Fort Lauderdale education system.
Email 1:
Stop reporting bullshit lies about Ft Lauderdale being the most dangerous place to live that is a flat out lie, I've lived here in Ft Lauderdale since 1992 and I've never felt threatened for my life because of where I live, so just stop it.
Email 2:
I've lived here all my life and I say the same thing and with the birth of all these new buildings in the Northwest section like the government products on 19th Street and 31st Avenue and the new ones that sell building near Dillard High School Lookout people and not only problem you don't you do 2 things to solve crimes with those street cameras and we get cramps everyday now if a Caucasian is kill hear it's going to be a problem if you guys use those Street camera and I see just what's so I can give you the heads-up I've been doing things like this
