WXIN (Indianapolis) Anchor Fanchon Stinger went on Twitter to promote and applaud the work of Project Veritas.

Project Veritas is the far-right activist group founded by James O'Keefe in 2010. It is known for producing deceptively edited videos about media organizations, left-leaning groups, and debunked conspiracy theories.

She praises Project Veritas with a “Wow! Well done.”

Isn’t it a Journalist’s job to present the story objectively and let the viewer decide if it is “well done” or not?

WXIN is owned by Nexstar which claims to be a non-biased media company.

I think when one of your star Anchors is posting stuff like this, the optics are bad. By the way, the Project Veritas tweet that she is referring to was deleted. Not sure why, but again, the optics.
