News Director Has All of His Belongings Stolen

Former KARE (Minneapolis) Reporter Aaron Adelson had landed his first News Director job here in Florida.

Adelson had left the Twin Cities with all his belongings packed in a U-Haul and started his trek to his new job as ND at WGFL in Gainesville, FL.

The trip started out okay, he even made it far enough South to see a favorite restaurant again:

But, when he stopped to spend the night in Macon, Georgia, things started going down hill.

The U-Haul with all of his belongings and his car were stolen.

The local news in Macon did a story about his ordeal:

So, now he’s lost all of his belongings and his car all while on his way to his new job.

It can’t get much worse.

Or could it?

Poor guy.

Anyway, when you do make it to Florida Aaron, go ahead and look us up. I have some stuff in my house, TV’s, Projector, Chairs, rugs and other things I can give you to help you get your new place furnished. I can also throw you a few bucks to buy some new stuff.

Hopefully, the new job goes a bit better than the start.
