Still Listed in Atlanta

When Meredith decided to whack hundreds of employees at their stations, a number of on-air talent were told their services are no longer needed.

Reportedly at Meredith’s WGCL in Atlanta, main Anchor Alicia Roberts was one of those that was pink-slipped.

But, if you stop by the WGCL website, you still see Roberts’ bio picture on the “meet the team” page and her station bio is still posted.

Did the station forget to take it down after all these weeks? Is Roberts still employed? Is WGCL trying to make their on-air staff look bigger than it is?

So many questions, so few answers.
