Many were laughing at the fact that as Rudy Giuliani was coming up with more conspiracy theories during a press conference, he started to sweat black liquid down the side of his face.
Giuliani has become a sad old man that is willing to do whatever Trump wants him to do.
We shouldn’t laugh at him.
