Oh Boy....

When you get into TV news, you should know that when it comes to your political opinion, you should keep yours to yourself.

By showing where you stand on a candidate or a political issue, you are not only hurting your credibility but the credibility of your station as well.

I guess no one at Meredith’s WGCL (Atlanta) passed that information onto morning anchor star Ella Dorsey.

This comes from a viewer that likes Dorsey and said:

“I genuinely like Ella Dorsey on air as she always breaks down the weather in a bigger picture than many other meteorologists (adding interesting tidbits about why sunsets look the way they do etc). However, she has made her political views known on her Instagram story (she also has noted her belief in climate change on her Facebook lives). I know she blocked you, so I thought i’d share this. I do agree with her views, but I don’t think she should be endorsing (even if it is vague).”

By the way, on the other side is WGCL part-time Reporter Carolyn Ryan who appears to be canceling out Dorsey’s vote:
