How bad is is for CNN’s Jeffry Toobin?

After word came out that the CNN legal analyst was choking the chicken on a ZOOM call with co-workers, Toobin was called out on Twitter by none other than OJ Simpson.

No word if Toobin will be using this as his defense of the incident:

Lastly, if this was Sean Hannity at Fox News, do you think CNN media critic Brian Stelter would have said that Hannity was, “sidelined at a pivotal moment in the run-up to the presidential election”?
