Super Bowl Ads

Fox says that they have sold out advertising for the Super Bowl and the cost ran around $5.6 per 30 seconds.

Fox did set aside some time to run promos for the Fox News streaming service Fox Nation. We’re told that spot will appear during halftime.

The question, is $5.6 million bucks money well spent?

At least some companies think the answer to that question is no.

The NY Times reports that Burger King, Skechers, Wix and Stella Artois are all going to sit this one out.

Facebook is going to run an ad during the game for the first time. Porsche and New York Life Insurance, are returning to the game after decades away.

As for FTVLive, we will not be watching the commercials or the game.

After years of watching the Super Bowl, we no longer have an interest and could care less and will likely stay that way until the Buffalo Bills make the Super Bowl.

It’s been one hell of a drought.
