Bumped Up in Portland

Emily Burris joined Nexstar’s KOIN (Portland) back in December of 2018, anchoring on the weekends.

Earlier this month, Burris announced that she was anchoring her last weekend newscast at KOIN, but she wasn’t leaving the station.

This was her sign off on the weekend show:

While she did not say what she is going to do next, sources tell FTVLive that Burris is moving to weekdays and will be anchoring the 4PM newscast and the 10PM newscast on the CW station.

But remember, this is still a secret, so don’t tell anyone.
