As you may or may not know, iHeart radio is whacking a bunch of people. Radio maybe the only industry worse than TV for job security.

anyway, one of those that was pink-slipped at iHeart was longtime Cleveland radio host Don "Action" Jackson of Majic 105.7.

Jackson has been the afternoon drive guy for the past 18 years.

Yesterday morning, Scripps WEWS did a story of Action Jackson being dumped.

Just before the end of the 6:00 a.m. hour, WEWS Anchor Katie Ussin did the story, showed a full screen from Jackson's social media page. She then called him Action Johnson and then said Johnson two more times in the story.

First off, it has been a bad week for Don "Action" Jackson .

Second off, who has ever heard “Action Johnson” used as a name?
