Gray’s KOLD (Tucson) has decided to cut their sports department down to a single person.

Damien Alameda is the last man standing in sports at KOLD.

David Kelly was sports anchor at KOLD, but when he returned from vacation, he was told his services were no longer needed.

He posted this to his social media with a tease about what is next.

So what is next? Word is that Kelly walked out of KOLD and walked across the street to KVOA where he will be the new weekend Sports Anchor at the station.

Nice to land a new job and not have to move your shit.

As for Damien Alameda, he is stuck trying to cover all the sports in Southern Arizona all by himself.

It’s the Gray way of doing things.
