Sinclair Kicks Retirees to the Curb

Well this seems cold….

It seems that the people that retired from Sinclair’s WSBT (South Bend, IN) liked to get together from time to time.

The WSBT retirees had an alumni page on Facebook and would meet at the station to catch up and talk about what was going on in their lives.

But, it seems WSBT’s owner Sinclair has told the Retirees that they are no longer allowed to meet at the station.

It seems some regional HR person from Sinclair has put the kibosh on the meetups and now the group seems to be left out in the cold.

Come on Sinclair! Can’t you bend the rules a bit and let the people that served your station well back in the building?
