Evacuate!

The staff at Tegan’s KBMT (Beaumont) had to leave the station after floodwaters from from tropical depression Imelda spilled into the station.

When the staff left, coverage was switched over to Tegna’s KHOU in Houston.

As you may remember, KHOU’s station was flooded during Hurricane Harvey and the staff left the station and never went back.

KHOU now has a station on higher ground.
