Some people think that TV ownership groups are continuing to try and do more with less and the people in the newsroom are being worked to the bone.

That might be true, but obviously that is not the case at Meredith’s KPHO/KTVK in Phoenix.

The news staff there has so much extra time on their hands, they had a paper airplane flying contest. The news staff stood in line and took their turns seeing who could fly their plane the furthest?

Must have been a slow news day…
