The current and/or former on-air journalists at NY1 who have filed claims of age, gender and/or pregnancy discrimination – posted an open letter calling on Charter Communications CEO Thomas Rutledge to voluntarily release Vivian Lee, Thalia Perez and Michelle Greenstein from forced arbitration.
