The Nexstar stations are in a retrans pissing match with DirecTV and their stations have fallen off the bird.

Nexstar’s WSAV in Savannah ran a crawl during the fireworks, telling viewers that have DirecTV that they could not see this.

Wait! What?

Not only was the station sending a message to viewers that could not see the message. They were trying to get them to flood DirecTV’s phone lines so the satellite provider would cave to their demands.
