Turn Off Sinclair Newscasts

There is a website titled “Turn Off 10” and it is directed at Sinclair’s WJAR in Providence.

The group running the site says, “Sinclair Broadcast Group, which owns Channel 10, is forcing the station to carry right leaning commentaries as though they were hard news. We believe in the integrity of the free press, and we expect our local news stations to present news in an unbiased manner. Right now, we can't be confident this is happening on Channel 10.”

Now they have put signs on buses in the area, urging viewers not to watch the stations.

Ouch…
