Gone in Sarasota

Word is that WWSB (Sarasota) has parted ways with Anchor Ray Collins.

Collins joined the station in 2013, coming from WTVT in Tampa.

His bio is gone and his station branded Twitter account is no more. No word on why, but station insiders tell FTVLive that WWSB News Director Jennifer Hardy told the newsroom that Ray Collins is no longer employed at the station.

A box was placed on his desk to pack up his belongings.
