Headed to Phoenix?

Sources tell FTVLive that KUTV (Salt Lake City) Mike Garber is pitching for the News Director job at Meredith KPHO/KTVK in Phoenix.

Sources say the station is down to the last couple of candidates and Garber is one of those.

FTVLive FIRST told you back in 2017 that Garber, who had been bounced in Dallas, was going to resurface at the Sinclair station in Salt Lake City.

FTVLive also told you that Garber was hoping to land the job at Sinclair’s flagship station WJLA in DC but was passed over.

Now, it appears that Garber might be looking to leave the Sinclair food chain and move over to Meredith.
