CNN Hits Three Year Low in the Ratings

FTVLive has been telling you how CNN’s ratings have been tanking under CNN boss Jeff Zucker.

The network did see a tick up in their ratings when Trump was elected President and CNN turned into a 24 hour anti-Trump channel.

But recent ratings show that CNN has dropped in their ratings and you have to go back to before Donald Trump was elected to see ratings this low.

In April, Prime-time viewership at CNN was 761,000 with 553,000 viewers during the daytime, according to Nielsen Media Research.

The Washington Examiner writes that CNN’s ratings drop resulted in the lowest number of demographic viewers since August 2015. CNN’s "Cuomo Primetime" with host Chris Cuomo saw its worst demographic viewership numbers since its debut in June 2018.

FTVLive told you EXCLUSIVELY back in May, that Zucker took the main CNN talent to a breakfast where he complained to them about the ratings drop. The talent pushed back against Zucker, but he was having none of it.

CNN saw ratings for it’s primetime lineup drop in May and that followed an April in which In April, CNN had its worst ratings since October 2015, experiencing a 26% fall in viewership from the same month a year ago.

And yet, somehow Jeff Zucker still has a job…
