Headed to Sin City

Scripps is moving KERO (Bakersfield) News Director a bit to the East.

Nancy Bauer Gonzales is leaving Bakersfield and is headed to Scripps Sin City station KTNV.

Scripps hired Bauer Gonzales two years ago at KERO. Before Bakersfield, Bauer Gonzales was at News Director for a Spectrum in LA. She is also the former ND at both KNBC and KCBS.

Sources tell FTVLive that Bauer Gonzales will soon have a morning Anchor job to fill when she gets there. Sources tell FTVLive that KTNV morning Anchor Beth Fisher has given notice to the station.

Nancy Bauer Gonzales is married to KBAK (Bakersfield) Anchor David Gonzales.

Wonder if he would like to Anchor mornings in Sin City?
