KWQC posted a selfie to instagram of two of their Reporters smiling in the news car with the line, “A team that covers developing news together stays together ❤️”

Not a big deal except station insiders tell us that the two were in Avon, Illinois, covering the story of a sheriff’s deputy that was shot and killed this week.

Not exactly the time to smile.
