Going Out in All His Glor(y)

We’re a bit late to this, but we still thought it was worth the mention.

CBS Evening News Anchor Jeff Glor signed off on Friday for parts unknown.

Glor might still stay at CBS News, but his days as the main Anchor of CBS Evening News are over almost as quickly as they started.

Glor signed off on Friday night and it was done with straight up class and was not an “all about me” TV moment.

I have mentioned it before, Jeff Glor and I attended the same high school. We both went into Journalism and we both got pushed out of jobs in this business. One of us remained humble, while the other is a bit more boisterous (I’ll let you gusy figure that one out).

From one Kenmore East Bulldog to another, I wish you well Jeff, you went out with straight up class.
