The cable news ratings for April show the same old story.

Fox News was no. 1 with a bullet, followed by MSNBC and CNN in the basement.

All three channels lost viewers year to year which has to make them a bit nervous, considering April had some big news with the Mueller Report ect.

Today day shows that CNN is down 25% in total viewers and a whopping 37% in the demo!

And yet, Jeff Zucker still has a job.

Here’s the total day numbers according to Nielsen:

TOTAL DAY:

FNC: 1,351,000 total viewers – down 3% (243,000 in 25-54 – down 16%)
MSNBC: 919,000 total viewers – down 8% (141,000 in 25-54 – down 34%)
CNN: 545,000 total viewers – down 25% (141,000 in 25-54 – down 37%)
