Holy Toledo...

Sinclair’s WNWO (Toledo) has hired a new meteorologist Jessica Van Meter to replace Kim Newman who bolted for WNDU (South Bend).

WNWO is a Sinclair station that, while in Ohio, the news anchors are doing the news from South Bend, Indiana.

So, while Van Meter will be in a studio in Toledo doing the weather, her co-anchors will be miles away in another state.

The last line of her WNWO bio reads, “Jessica’s looking forward to spending more time with family and friends while exploring everything that’s changed over the past few years.”

Yeah, like how much local TV has changed and how her co-workers don’t even work in the same state.

BTW- if she moved to WNWO to “spend more time with her family” what are they going to say when she leaves?
