/You would think shit like this would not happen in the 4th market.
The Firm's WTXF Fox 29 (Philadelphia) was reporting about the synagogue shooting near San Diego and lets just say the reporting was sloppy to say the least.
In the first screenshot, the sidebar said one woman killed, three others injured. Did they mean three other women injured? The rabbi and the guy in the video are certainly not women.
After the Reporter’s package they came back out to the Anchor and showed this with the lower-third that read three victims all expected to recover. Unfortunately, the woman on the right was killed and will not have a chance to recover.
You would think that The Firm would do a bit better job telling the story.
But, at least Fox Philly reported the story.
Out in Market 2, The Firm’s KTTV had no mention of the synagogue shooting hours after it happened just south of their station.
