Longtime Chattanooga Anchor is Dead

Some sad news out of the Nooga…

Word has come that longtime WRCB Anchor Bill Markham has died.

Markham was battling the fatal disease ALS and according to a social media post from his daughter Mandy, “He’s free. No more #ALS. No more pain. My very favorite person in all the world is now my very favorite #angel.“

He spent over 25 years at WRCB and was well respected for the job he did.

He recently entered Hospice care with his family in Alabama where he passed away.
