Phoning It In...

FTVLive has featured the work of Journalist Mike Castellucci, who does awesome work and uses only his iPhone to to shoot his story.

“Since you covered me last, I’ve been asked to speak all over the world. I find it fascinating that filmmakers have embraced the phone technology but TV stations have not,” Castellucci tells FTVLive. “I do see it changing, and there is a bigger community in Europe, where they call me a “Pioneer in phonography”!, he adds.

He also says that sometimes, “I don’t even tell a station that I’ve shot it entirely on my phone. I just enter competitions, like regional Emmys, and win on the same playing field as everybody else.”

Here is his latest work and even if you just watch a minute or two, you will see this guy has a talent and one hell of an eye.
