5 days ago, FTVLive told you that Longtime KUTV Reporter Dan Rascon had worked his last day at the Sinclair station.

And while his bio is still listed (until the Sinclair bosses read FTVLive this morning) on the KUTV website, Rascon has announced his next move and it’s right around the corner.

Thanks to non-competes now being illegal in Utah, Rascon is headed to KSL and can start there immediately.

Word is that KUTV bosses are pissed at losing one of the market’s top Reporters to a market competitor.

But, when so many question Sinclair and how they run their stations, is anyone surprised that a top Journalist would look to leave?
