Back on January 24th, FTVLive reported that Sinclair had hired a news director for WJLA-TV in Washington, DC. We told you it was going to be ex-KING-TV ND, Cheryl Carson.

Guess who was just introduced to the staff a few moments ago? Yep, Cheryl Carson.

While the meeting was going on introducing Carson, a lot of people were hoping they were also going to name a new GM. Sources tell us that’s where most of the real problems, are. Let’s hope Carson takes that old, solid advice: RENT, don’t BUY.
