Nexstar Pulls The Pink Slip Express into OKC

Sources tell FTVLive that when Nexstar was looking at the Tribune stations they were about to buy, they thought many of the stations were “very fat” when it came to the number of people on the payrolls.

Yesterday, FTVLive FIRST told you that Nexstar laid-off people at former Tribune stations WGHP (Greensboro) and at KDVR/KWGN.

Now, sources tell FTVLive that Nexstar backed the Pink Slip Express into former Tribune station KFOR and ran over about a dozen people.

Just two weeks before Christmas and your gift from Uncle Perry is a pink slip.
