Typing Through the Tears on Her Keyboard

KOCO (OKC) morning Anchor Markie Martin announced that she is leaving the station after 5 years.

She posted the news to social media and pointed that to a goodbye letter to Oklahoma City that she wrote on her website.

She starts her letter off saying there will be “nothing left out” but then leaves out what she is going to do next?

She writes, “And I’ll share a life update when I have one. But I’ve heard about this “You can have it all” line for a while, and it’s my turn at an attempt to grasp for it. I am leaving with the full support and love from my station—this was not their wish. “

It looks like she learned how to tease in her years at the station.
