Going Under the Knife in Allentown
/In a few days, WFMZ (Allentown) Melanie Falcon will be headed into the operating room to undergo open-heart surgery.
Sadly, this is not the first time for Falcon. 7 years ago, she had emergency open-heart surgery. This time she is getting valve-replacement surgery, in addition to a procedure to correct an anomalous coronary artery.
Her co-workers tell FTVLive that Falcon has the most infectious, positive attitude and is a joy to work with and is a positive influence to be around.
We wish her nothing but the best and hope to see this Falcon soaring again soon. See hat I did there?
