Reporter Attacked on Camera
/NY1 Reporter Michael Herzenberg was asking an Upper West Side landlord why his tenants didn't have heat?
It seems the deadbeat landlord did not like the questions being asked, so he attacked Herzenberg broke the camera and then went and attacked his tenant association founder.
The NYPD charged the landlord, Mike Rose with criminal mischief and assault.
