Did Nexstar Sign Off on That?

It seems that Tribune decided to upgrade the KDRV (Denver) transmitters back in the Summer of this year.

Tribune went ahead and $175,238.98 on a shiny new transmitter for a translator station in Fort Collins at KFCT. Word is the KDVR in Denver is also receiving a new transmitter.

The shinny new equipment was put in by Gates Air out of Quincy, IL.

How do we know this?

Because, some left the invoice on the printer at the station:

You would think that Nexstar had to sign off on this big purchase as KDVR was not yet owned by them.
