Caught Ya!

A driver was on the road near Springfield, IL when they spotted a car that was driving erratically and was all over the road.

When they pulled up alongside the car, they saw it was a news vehicle for Sinclair’s WICS.

The person in the car was texting and driving and was doing it for quite some time.

The driver said they followed the car for miles and the WICS staffer spent much of the time on her phone texting. The driver had their daughter snap a few pictures.

Illinois law prohibits the use of hand-held cellphones, texting or using other electronic communications while operating a motor vehicle.

Clearly, this Sinclair employee was breaking the law.
