Case Tossed Against Bar Fight Anchor

In a Patron Only EXCLUSIVE yesterday, FTVLive told you that charges were going to be dropped against former WSAZ Weather Anchor Chelsea Ambriz.

She was scheduled for court today and as FTVLive FIRST told you, her co-Anchor Erica Bivens was not showing up to court to testify.

Ambriz was accused of assaulting Bivens in a West Virginia bar.

With Bivens not on hand to testify, the charges against Ambriz were dropped and the case was dismissed.

Ambriz took to social media to say the charges were bogus in the first place.
