The Briefing that was Not a Briefing

The White House Press Corp scrambled yesterday when Press Secretary Sarah Sanders tweeted at 4:07 that there would be a "briefing" at 4:10.
There was no briefing as no questions were taken, instead what the press got was Donald Trump making his first ever appearance in the White House briefing room.
Basically it was nothing more than Trump rambling and not taking questions. It was sort of like a 90 minute Trump tweet in which was often factually challenged.
