What's Up with the Tongue?

For some reason KLAS (Las Vegas) Reporter Darlene Melendez seems to have a problem keeping her tongue in her mouth.

Why?

Here she is with some people in a bar and again, what’s with the tongue?

She does post some pictures where her tongue is not hanging out, but those all seem to be when she is drinking alcohol.
