Man Attacks Motown News Cars

Motown news crews were covering a story of a hit and run when they became the target. 

A man carrying a metal pipe approached WXYZ Reporter Nia Harden and Photojournalist Mike Krotche.

The man then started smashing the news cars on the scene with the pipe. He smashed the windshield and driver's side window of a WWJ news car and then turned his focus to the WXYZ live truck, smashing the windshield and damaged the side mirror.

Police caught the man and arrested him.
