Resurfacing in Texas

Back in January, FTVLive told you that WSIL (Southern Illinois) has parted ways with main Anchor Dennis Turner. 8 months later his bio is still posted on the WSIL website.
After spending months on the beach, Turner has finally resurfaced at KXXV in Waco, TX.
Here he is being interviewed about his new gig and as he lists of the markets he worked in, the market sizes keep getting smaller and smaller.
Aren't they supposed to go the other way?
