Who's Bad?

Yesterday, FTVLive told you that popular longtime KRON Reporter Stanley Roberts signed off from the station.

Roberts developed the segment, "People Behaving Badly" and turned it into a giant franchise for the station.  

We told you that in his goodbye, Roberts threw KRON and Nexstar under the bus for filing a trademark for "People Behaving Badly."

Years ago, Roberts trademarked the phrase and when the trademark died, Nexstar swooped in and took it. 

This happened while it appeared that Roberts was in contract negotiations with the station.  

FTVLive has now obtained video of Roberts calling out both KRON and Nexstar. The video was shot in studio during his on air goodbye. So, in other words, there is no copyright violation.
