This is LA....

LA news crews say this behavior is happening more and more. 

Mental illness is a problem is this country and it is hardly ever dealt with or addressed until a person kills or hurts someone. 

It's bad for news crews, it's much worse for the person dealing with the issues. 

But hey, let's ignore and and keep focusing on every tweet the President send out while he's sitting there watching cable news.
