Nexstar Station Sued for Sexual Harassment

According to a lawsuit filed in the State of Michigan, Nexstar and their Lansing station WLNS are being sued for sexual harassment.

Former Assignment Editor Cheryl Fritze claims in the suit that there were a number of incidents involving employees that she believed constituted sexual harassment.  Fritze claims that she she reported the harassment to managers at Nexstar and even to Nexstar CEO Perry Sook.

Fritze claims that after she reported the incidents she was fired and now she's suing. 

The suit was filed on August 9th and now Nexstar has 21 days to respond to the lawsuit.
