That Was Quick

After barely making it a year at WTMJ (Milwaukee), Weatherman Josh Wurster announced he is leaving the Scripps station.

He wraps up his Milwaukee run in 3 days.

The Milwaukee Journal writes that Wurster's departure is just the latest in a string of changes in WTMJ's weather team. The station added full-time meteorologist Elissia Wilson in early December, and three months before that, longtime weather guy and feature reporter Scott Steele left after a decade at WTMJ and more than 20 years on the air in Milwaukee.

He's not the only one leaving.

In another departure from WTMJ, reporter Ann Sterling said on Facebook Monday that it was her last day at the station. The Florida native didn't detail where she's heading, but alluded to her destination on Facebook, referencing a country song about returning home: "Here’s a hint: have you ever heard Miranda Lambert’s song ‘The House That Built Me?'
