KOTV (Tulsa) has now decided to send out station push alerts disguised as text messages from the station's on air talent as if they were the viewer’s personal friend.

The push alerts are now signed by the talent that supposedly sent out the messages.

This has the fingerprints of a consultant somewhere thinking that the viewers will really believe that the Anchors and Reporters are personally sending the messages to the viewers.
