Back in January, FTVLive told you that former KSDK (St. Louis) Reporter Jeff Small had been arrested on drug changes.

Small, who spent 9 years at the station was Small was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

In May, FTVLive told you that Small has agreed to enter the St. Louis Circuit Court drug program on the drug charges.

Now, he has completed the program and a court order issued last week states that Small should be "reinstated on his own recognizance and ... released from custody."

Because Small completed the drug court program successfully, the case will be dismissed and the charges will be erased from his record.
