Another NBC Screw Up

While NBC can hardly afford anymore mistake, they made another big one yesterday. 

NBC News Capitol Hill Reporter Leigh Ann Caldwell tweeted out a claim that  President Trump and retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy were in cahoots to get Judge Brett Kavanaugh to fill the seat.

It appears that Caldwell relied on a single source who was not directly involved for the information she tweeted. 

WTF? 

She then deleted the tweet and posted this:

Here's a tip....when many, including the President is calling you "fake news NBC" you need to check, then double check that your information is correct. 

You are just giving the critics more ammo to fire back with. 

No word if Caldwell faces disciplinary action..... but she should.
