Buyouts Offered at CBS O&O's (Updated)

Sources tell FTVLive that meetings were held at both WCBS (New York) and KYW (Philly) and buyouts are being offered to a number of CBS O&O sales people. 

One source tells FTVLive that the buyouts are being offered to sales people across the CBS O&O's.

No word if others at the station are being offered buyouts as well.

"It’s been long believed CBS is shoring up its O&Os for a sale," one insider tells FTVLive. 

Update: FTVLive has learned that the buyouts were offered to the sales people at other CBS O&O's as well, besides NY and Philly. Depending on how many decide to take part, or not take part in the buyouts, sources tell FTVLIve it is likely that layoffs will happen. 

We hear that a Sales VP at WBBM in Chicago was let go late last week.
