Griffin Communications To Buy Scripps Radio Tulsa

Months ago Scripps put their radio stations on the market to help raise money from the company to buy TV stations. 

In about 45 minutes (it's 10:15AM) right now, the staff at the Scripps radio stations will be told that they have been sold to Griffin Communications. 

Griffin owns KOTV the CBS station and KQCW the CW station in Tulsa. They also own KWTV the CBS station in Oklahoma City. The company does not own any radio stations....that is until now.
